We spend 5 night here on vacation and I must say that everything was excellent. The Location of the apartment is quite close to beach around 1.3 km as well as some other beaches are there.and especially market also close..go for it

Best place to stay if you are in South Goa. Palolem beach is nearby. The apartment exceeded my expectations. I had visited with my family and found this apartment to be extremely beautiful, peaceful, and clean, with all the amenities including swimming pool. Kitchen is spacious with refrigerator and all utensils. Bathroom is clean with geyser present. Bedroom have AC, bed lamps, and morteins as well. There is washing machine too. There's everything in the apartment of ease and comfort. The owner is friendly. I am thankful to him for providing us everything at very reasonable price and being caring towards us.
